seriously..but if your asking one in the bayarea I would personally go for anyone at blackheart or grime/primal urge. I cant say know of anyone who "specializes" in kaiju tattoos but any good tattoo artist whos style you like will be able to do whatever...
I mean there is probably more (GOOD)tattoo artists by square mile in the bay area than anywhere else in the country.. Im sure someone else in the area can add to this...
