 Do you....
So I am wondering if everyone here reads the boards and the infos before e mailing or PMing people questions that have been answered already? Just wondering for my interest.

When I first joined I did 1 thing all day, read nearly every thread from as far back as they went, I was hooked.
The only times I read and don't think is during the frenzy of some pre-order where you NEED to be fast, so I guess I DO read, but it doesn't process as quickly in my head as it should due to toy excitment!
ALSO The search function is fantastic for answering my questions!

I answered "yes" because I've found the search function here to be very helpful in this way. However, even using the search function, you might miss something if the search term wasn't quite right, or if you don't know the precise term you should be using, so, even if you try not to, you might still ask a question that has already been answered.

Imagine if there were some type of "search" function on this board.
Then folks could look up the answers to their own questions.
I know, I'm a dreamer.

Hiro, are you getting tired answering the same silly PMs about SDCC information that you post publicly on the board?

naw... just was wondering what everyone thinks. Because I read sometimes people telling newbs or OG board guys to go read more of the thread before asking. So I wantted to see who or how many people actually reads the thread. Bu the pre orders, I admit, I wouldn't read it if I have to be fast also.
don't worry about PMing me. I'll love to help out as much as I can....maybe

I was reading the board and strolling through old threads for about 3 months before I even signed up.
And even since I have signed up, I have been relatively quiet realising I haven't read enough.

When I started I read as much as I could before asking questions. as a matter of fact I took the advice of (I believe) Isaac who suggested that new guys buy back issues of S7 magazine and read up. I love to read anyway so win win..
