I remember when Cinefantastique magazine gave this movie a horrible review in the big Star Wars double issue they did in 1978. They made it sound like you should see Eraserhead instead. Well now that I've seen Eraserhead ten billion times over the decades, maybe it's time to catch this legendary so-bad-its-good flick. Sounds a little like early Cronenberg, but with better known actors. Also sounds like a great antidote to pseudo-shamanism as practiced by new agers.
