I am looking to get a specific graphic/logo I have printed/embroidered on a flexfit hat. Any good suggestions? lots of the sites I have checked out you have to pick from their garbage of fonts etc..

go to the mall... out here there are lots of those embroidery places at little kiosks in the middle of the mall. you might have to save your logo/graphic aas a certain format for them though.

Off the main topic a bit, I hate Flexfit hats. My head is too big for even the biggest size, they just never stay on well. I prefer classic plastic button style.

my head seems to be on the big size as well. i wear a 7 3/4 fitted hat. trucker hats are tricky, i have one BxH trucker that fits fine with plenty of room to expand. another BxH trucker that has less room to expand and i have a thrashout trucker that is hanging on for dear life on the last lttle notch.

Elastic around the base of the hat instead of a cloth or plastic strap to keep it on.

flexfits are a brand of hats and have an elastic in the band and usually come in S/M & L/XL. you're thinking of New Eras or more commonly referred to as plain 'Fitteds'

flexfits are great for companies on a budget because they look fitted. New Era fits are great but come in all different sizes and it's like guess work on what to order. The flexfits are horrible especially for dudes with big noggins like myself.
