Post quick Celga question
How long does it usually take for a reply from Celga on an auction...I am trying to use their service for the first time and am just curious.

Thanks,
Scott

Depends when you sent the email. There is anywhere between a 9-12 hr time difference (ahead) depending where you live in the states. Usually they are quick about responding, especially concerning auctions. I've actually had them increase a bid for me 3 times within the last half hour of an auction and won.

On the other hand warehouse inquiries to see if all your items are in for shipment takes alot of back an forth emails for days.

Chris

They also have staff in California as well.

It depends though. They're usually pretty quick. I haven't used the email service in a while because I have the gold, but they were always prompt and courteous.

Lixx if you're using a gold account, I usually go by if they've left feedback for the seller to see if they've received the shipment. Likewise, you could go by their Yahoo ID and check to see if they've left feedback for a particular item.

Because of the time difference usually 9 hours or so. I used celga for 3 purchases this december for the first time and everytime they were really quick and completely understanding about all my stupid questions.

I really like celga.

cheers

They are really good about e-mail responses, but if it's urgent you can also call them.
