I would hope not. After all, we all know what those aliens want. Watch your cornhole, buddy. Those aliens and their anal probes...

I heard a bit about this on Coast to Coast last night. Much ado about nothing, it seems. Probably a 4channer scam. ;p

Was this what I was reading about last week that was going to be 'uncovered as proof'?
Well, I have one word to say about that picture:
...Bollocks.

 Re: real alien?
i can't see shit. maybe my computer displays images a little dark or something, but all i see is a shitty quality picture from the inside of someone's house. i'd like to see a more lighted photo. as for aliens, i'm guessing not, but maybe deep inside the colorado mountains some ancient prehistoric being had some eggs that incubated for a helluva long time, and now them things hatched and they made it to the surface......my wife told me a couple months back that some dinosaur egg was found in one of the Dakotas(?), i told her it was more than likely a dragon egg, because everyone knows dinosaurs aren't real.

 Re: real alien?
Apparently the taker of said photograph has two teenage daughters in the house, and he was concerned he has a peeping tom. Here's my two bits: How hot are these supposed daughters that an alien life form would travel untold distances just to peep this guys window and cop a look? I mean, I gotta see these girls! This little guy didn't come here to bring us civilization-changing technology, he didn't come here invite us into the galactic community! No! He came to an alien planet, full of often hostile life forms just to peep into some fuckin' jerks window in Colorado! It makes so much sense! But I'm a pessimistic dullard. And I second Redhanded. Try Shermer's book on Pseudoscience titled "Why People Believe Weird Things".

 Re: real alien?
I believe that there could be other lifeforms out there in the universe, but I'm not convinced that this is a picture of one.
I like the way Ultra Gigan put it. Bollocks!
...looking at it again...that's got to be the shittiest picture of anything. ever.

 Re: real alien?
The math makes it extremely unlikely that we are alone in the universe - Unfortunately, it also makes it unlikely we have visitors. Here's a link to the infrared video of this alien - Though once they're shooting infrared video, I have to wonder about the whole teenage-daughter story. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_Gg_oLeb8I

 Re: real alien?
I don't see an alien in that infrared video.
I've never understood why UFOlogists have always made the assumption that "visitors" like the classic Grays are extraterrestrial in origin. They're too much like us: two eyes, nose, mouth, four limbs, etc., and apparently they don't have a problem breathing our atmosphere. The chances of something so much like us evolving on another planet are ridiculously slim.
The idea is somewhat unimaginative. They could be another species that evolved alongside us and lived under the oceans, or underground, or perhaps even far-flung descendants of ours from the future, time traveling back to grok what their ancestors were all about.
Now the Flatwoods Monster, a big flying sparkplug, that's an alien for ya. ;p

I like this idea. what sucks is that we'll probably never know anything about other lifeforms in our lifetime. maybe they're ghost or humans from another parallel dimension that zigged when they should've zagged. I heard that there were probably 11 different dimensions from someone who was smarter than me.

I tend to think that this could be a plausible explanation for "alien visitors" if you believe in these things to begin with (which I do). But I have yet to see a photo of an alien that I find believable.

 Re: real alien?
I feel the same way about other things. I believe strongly in the possibility that a Bigfoot-type creature exists, but I don't think that the Patterson-Gimlin film is good evidence for it.
I've always wondered if there's some additional psychological dimension to UFO sightings. The first "flying saucer" wasn't seen until after World War 2. Was it because we were "prepped" by the technology of warfare to accept such a thing? Before that, people saw "airships," which were described as something that was just a sort step beyond what we could do at the time (blimps/zeppelins).
The abduction phenomenon is another thing, and the "probing" a lot of abductees describe makes me wonder if they represent some sort of common screen memory to cover up past traumas like sexual abuse.
