While I'll always maintain that Spiritualized has one of the best live shows ever I haven't been to, I haven't been feeling any of their last few albums, dating back to that giant release in 1997. For me it was always that second half of his on Spacemen 3's Recurring, Lazer Guided Melodies, Pure Phase and then it all went downhill. I mean how many times can Jason conjure up "Lord Can Your Hear me?" and "So Hot (Wash Away My Tears)" from his Spacemen 3 days? I last saw them was in Brooklyn 2003 and they still put on a great show though. In fact I was all set to go see them here August 2nd here in Buffalo but I have a wedding to go to.
