I just received an email that contained these links. It's apparently some secret device from the US called HAARP. Another conspiracy theory? Read on.

I remember hearing about haarp in the late 90s from this 7". I kinda like the whole government conspiracy aspect of the whole crusty punk scene.

HAARP gets blamed for a lot of things. There were people saying that Hurricane Katrina was a HAARP project, others speculating that it'll be used to ruin California, etc. etc. etc.

People have witnessed odd colored lights in the skies just prior to major quakes for centuries. The videos from China are very strange. Evidently an as-yet not-understood natural phenomenon. If anyone's interested, there's a Wikipedia entry on the subject.
