 Custom Hats??? Hey guys,
Anyone know anywhere I can make custom hats? Like get hats silkscreened? I know theres alot of embroidery out there, but what about silkscreening? Please let me know if anyone knows of one. I'm a total hat junkie and thought it would be fun to make my own.

Re: Custom Hats??? i work at a screenprinting store, its pretty hard and/or insanely expensive to get ONE hat printed. why don't you want it embroided?

Re: Custom Hats??? i don't know what its like in the US, usually embroidery is slightly more. one garment, no matter what it is (shirt, hat, hoodie, whatever) is always going to be expensive, its usually only worth it if you are only getting 10+. did you want something on the front of the cap, the brim or what?

Re: Custom Hats??? Go to the mall. There should be a kiosk where you can get hats embroidered for like $20 or something.
Or you could get one of those really sweet airbrushed hats!

"Lids" does custom hats, and you choose from various styles...trucker, fitted, FlexFit, etc. They charge a one-time $50 per custom image (they waive it if you buy a certain number of caps), then the hat will design will run about $20. So, $70 for one cap, maybe not so good, but then you have the chance to make more if you want. http://custom-hats.lids.com/custom_artwork.html

Re: Custom Hats??? i believe spreadshirt.com does hats. they're not silkscreened, but if you're looking for a simple one or two color image it's reasonable.
