Having owned a record shop too and just this month starting to digitize my music, I stop just to think if I should after seeing how this guy dedicated his life to collecting and archiving music. I can't believe that no one is wiling to buy up his records... and let it live on. It's sad and I give big respect to this guy.

Re: Respect to Paul Mawhinney of Record Rama Record shop. i think he sold the record collection on ebay like a year ago, if i recollect correctly. It sold for a fraction of the appraised value and made the national news at the time.
