I loved this DVD player, until it stopped working today. Based on the symptoms I did a little bit of Googling and this seems like a common problem with this unit. Apparently the drive motor needs to be replaced, which I'm willing to take a stab at instead of trashing this and getting another one.

I emailed a couple of parts suppliers and hopefully they'll get back to me, but is there anyone here who might have a lead on something like this?
