i've recently built a bedtime format.....

Monday - Yellow Swans - Psychic Secession
Tuesdau - Radiohead - Kid A or Amnesiac
Wednesday - Massive Attack - 100th window or Mezzanine
Thursday - Iron & Wine -Endless Numbered Days or Woman King
Friday & Saturday - usually a passout session without music
Sunday - NFL Primetime

what's your bedtime fix?

The Newest Goldfrapp cd (7th Tree) puts me right to sleep no matter what time of the day I listen to it.

Other sleepytime favorites of mine:

Mulholland Drive Soundtrack - Angelo Badalamenti

Cat Power - The Greatest

Lisa Gerrard - The Silver Tree

Cowboy Junkies - The Trinity Session
