 stencil making
one of my new year's resolutions was to get better at stencils... first attempt in 2009 (and the 3rd I've ever done...)  source:  anyone else on here do stencils? tips or advice for beginners?

ive done a couple. I think that would look better if you could get more of the legs & feet into the mix. Like make the base of the stencil end with the feet. I guess because of the text it complicates things but I think thats kind of what makes a good stencil is, if you're not just creating it from scratch, manipulating/adding to the original to make it work. Also perhaps some more detail in the face. Anyway, those are just my thoughts.

Cool stencil. Good idea!
My only advice would be to think about the composition. A stencil is a stand alone picture that needs it's own frame, or lend itself to a frame found in the environment.
