Post Adobe Illustrator help
I have somehow managed to lose my bounding boxes, so when I draw a square, I am stuck at the finished size and cannot resize it even when selected, I can move it fine, but I don't get the 6 clear squares when I select it.
Obviously, this renders the program nearly useless.... I'm sure it's some silly little option or preference, but I am at a loss...

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

If it makes a difference I'm on CS3 on a PC.

Thanks!

Are the points grouped? What options do you have if you right-click the object? Sounds like the object is locked.

In CS3 it is "View" from the top menu then "show bounding box".

View->Show Bounding Box

You probably typed Ctrl-Shift-B by mistake and turned it off.

I'm glad it worked! I do that exact thing about once every two months and it always takes me a minute to figure out what I did. I'm sure I'm doing what costerbear said and hitting control+Shift+B.

I also tend to lose my control bar with frightening regularity and it invariably takes me about 4 goes to remember that it's called the control bar :oops:
