I've stood in line and waited near an hour and fifteen That's NOTHING! Try dealing with the City of Chicago Water Dept. 5 hours. It takes them 5 hours to do something someone should be able to do in 30 min! SERIOUSLY! That pic is a trip, I love that type of junk. There's gonna be A LOT of bird crap though.
