Re: Alien 30th anniversary print This should be a 35mm print of the original version held by Criterion.
...and the original is the best...Ridley only released the DC for fans. Including the extra & extended scenes, new soundtrack, and to clean it up a bit...but he still considers the original the 'Directors Cut'.
I find the new additions mess up the pacing a bit...but cool none the less.
An amazing film to see on the big screen no matter which version.
