 Kent Rogowski bears
I didn't really know where to put this but i figured some people may like to see it. I dunno how big this guys is but i cam across his bears on some blog. They're normal bears just turned inside out and re-stuffed. They look pretty mental but kind of good, like underdog bears (but not in a lame, 'im a bear with a piercing' way). Heres a couple: Heres the site: http://www.kentrogowski.com/bears.html

 Re: Kent Rogowski bears
I agree, but its kind of a cool concept, he's not selling the bears so its not arts and craft customs gone awry, just portraits of his work. Some of them look interesting (I'm pretty sure one of them is a Nosy Bear I had when little.)

 Re: Kent Rogowski bears
they are fairly horrendous really but i like the shapes and poses they make/form. I've never seen the inside out of a bear before (apart from a werebear) and if i was expecting anything at all, that wasn't it.
(sorry for posting this in the wrong section)

 Re: Kent Rogowski bears
I must be from another planet because I find these be way more interesting than a plain stuffed animal The only thing that turns me off about this project is that he only sells pictures of the plush's and not the actual figures. They remind me some ways of old voodoo dolls or effigy that would be used in a ritualistic way. I especially like this one:

These are great! I literally laughed out loud at some of them. Seriously, WTF? : But yeah, for $200-$300 I think you should get a frickin' TOY, not just a $25 book (which is already 25% off at Amazon, lol) and a crappy pic which you can download for free anyway. Thanks for posting though - very interesting!

 Re: Kent Rogowski bears
i like idiosyncratic projects like this. simple concept gets amped up by the volume of bears he has disembowled

That's the one I'm pretty sure was a Nosy Bear. Alice wrote: These are great! I literally laughed out loud at some of them. Re: Kent Rogowski bears
without knowing concept hard to believe this one wouldnt be handcrafted to look exactly like this. considering how kitchy & cheap most of these propbably look from other side, real hidden beauties - great find. audiodifficulties wrote: That's the one I'm pretty sure was a Nosy Bear.
