It's sad but I'm really glad that it's over for him. The cancer was consuming him and he became super skinny and frail.

Re: R.I.P. Dennis Hopper Man, this year is not a good year for celebrities and musicians. Mr. Hopper was definitely one of my favorite actors, and he will be sorely miss. I'm going to suggest tonight at a party that we watch a film starring Hopper.

A great actor, a great lover of art and architecture, and what an amazing life story! He will be dearly missed. Loved that dude.

As a matter of fact, a few years back I caught the traveling exhibit about Wallace Berman's Semina Culture, which turned out to have counted Dennis Hopper as one of its members. His photographs were really interesting and of course I gained a new appreciation for the man.
