just picked up Super Street Fighter IV for PS3. Pretty cool. I was always a mortal kombat person over SF2 but this one is pretty good. Weird that they never entered the 3d fighting game world.


also, anybody ever mess with the Korg DS-10 for the DS? If you're into making music/synthesizers it's pretty mega. it has several oscillators, step sequencers & stuff. it models the Korg MS-20 from the 70s. it's a totally usable synthesizer for around $40 + the cost of the DS of course.

I remember my friend buying this and inviting us all over to marvel at it. We go there, he hadn't touched it yet, he wanted to savor it. Put the disc in aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand.....aw ...aw what ....maybe? ....::WAH WAAAHHH::

ModNation is pretty cool. I haven't tried any mods yet. You can do a bit in the demo. You can't use your modded character or car in the demo but they're making a patch so you can mod stuff now and then use it when the game comes out. I'll pick it up when it comes out.

Is anyone here still playing Borderlands, at least once a week? I have the add-on extra games and can't stop playing Knox's Armory. That is a crazy shooter game that I never expected I would like so much until I played it through a few levels.

ahhh sweet. i bet the modding is the best part of the game. kind of like how making sackboys was fun in LBP.

I recently found an entire stack of XBOX games that I bought on extreme closeout when the CompUSA by my office closed, so I've got the old XBOX plugged in and I'm trudging through them. Last night I finished "X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse" and I'll probably be starting "Sudeki" tonight, though the copy of "Darksiders" that just showed up for 360 has been calling to me.

I'd love to give Mod Nation Racers a try, but I don't have a PS3. Blur for the 360 comes out today, and I loved the beta so I'll be grabbing that.

it's sweet - pretty tough

there's some funny bits as well (well, the whole game is a bit tongue in cheek)

i like it so far - just beat the 3rd dungeon and i'm not sure where to go now haha

I was over in the States last weekend, too bad I did'nt know about the game then. I saw a couple of clips - it really looks fun !

the story board has a GTA feeling, but cowboy era.

i hate games that show the full body of your person. Makes it less interesting, harder to shoot and feels like your not in the game. If you actually became the person like on Call Of Duty, then that would be great. I'd buy it instantly, just not a fan of seeing the whole body of your character. Kinda lame.
