do you mean embedding a quicktime file on your page just so it shows up and people can click 'play?'

I don't know specifically how to do it, but try this: go to a page where it does work, view the source, and copy the code, modifying it so that it uses your QT file instead of theirs.

bryanarchy - yeah, i want to have the video playable without being downloadable. also, i thought it made the most sense to do streaming for videos that were larger files.

roger - thats a good idea, thanks!

I believe that you need to have the QT file hosted on a QT streaming server.
Otherwise, the best you can do is embed the QT in an HTML page and a user will have to wait for it to fully load (or at least the majority of it) before viewing.

Do have access to Flash? If so, use that. Convert the file to an flv. and play it through a Flash media component. Easy, efficient and awesome quality.

PM me if you want some more info. Heck I do this all day.
