 Re: anyone placing a bid?
^ With a price tag like that, you'd expect this to end up in a museum, not just a private collection...

 Re: anyone placing a bid?
Christie's said Wednesday that the costume is thought to have been made for "The Empire Strikes Back," the second film in George Lucas's sci-fi series, released in 1980. For that kind of money can you do better then "think" about which movie it might have appeared in?.....

If it's at Christie's, I'm sure they have the provenance and history behind what they're selling

 Re: anyone placing a bid?
LOL, at first I thought this was for an original Halloween costume since it's only a few days away and thinking what kind of nutsack would shell out $350k for an original Halloween Vader costume. Egg on my face. LOL
