Re: anyone placing a bid? Christie's said Wednesday that the costume is thought to have been made for "The Empire Strikes Back," the second film in George Lucas's sci-fi series, released in 1980. For that kind of money can you do better then "think" about which movie it might have appeared in?.....

If it's at Christie's, I'm sure they have the provenance and history behind what they're selling
