Takes our money to "pre-order" stuff, use up the money couldn't pay the toys, then gave us some bullshit story that the toys didn't show up. Anraku Ansaku, if you or your contact is reading this, John Murray is a douchebag that has been accusing you of taking his money and not sending him the figures. He's been doing this for more than 2 years now.

I've been extremely patient and polite but it's gone on long enough.
