Re: Carmageddon Can anyone explain how 405 is in both CA and OR? It's something that's bugged me for a while. I-405 is probably a 3-mile stretch branching off of I-5 just north of downtown Portland, and then rejoining I-5 just south of downtown. That's it. But yet it's an Interstate and appears again in LA. I don't get it.

Re: Carmageddon i think the freeways are empty because everybody is staying away. It's a nice local holiday. alot of my staff are spending the weekend in town so they don't have to commute, and those who can't are working from home. I'm going to an art opening in Venice tonight.
