Anyone watching the Wimmin's World Cup?

Didn't think so, but Sunday night in Frankfurt is the Final: Japan vs. US.

Two-time previous champions USA will be the favorites,
but I'll be rooting for first-time finalists Nadeshiko
who've pwnd pretty much everyone they played so far.

Haven't seen any games so far as they've started at like 3am here.
But people say it's a faster, cleaner game than the men play.
"Passing soccer" they call it.

the games have been insane. i've watched every second i could.

i don't know if the games are cleaner, per se, but there definitely seems to be less diving and faking injuries overall, without a decrease in tough challenges and rough play

The USA vs Brazil game was amazing. Lots of bad calls by the refs but it had such an incredible finish. I still can't believe they won that game.

I've been watching most of the games, mostly because I like the attitude the teams bring to the competition.

Japan is showing how good football has nothing to do with physical size, but more like the refinement of the technique needed to control and pass the ball.

The US has been equally remarkable by the exhibition of sheer willpower and winning attitude.

Woulda loved to see a JAP BRA final, but either way it's going to be a cracker. Hopefully with ESPN flashing some baseball scores during the game.. that'd be awesome!

I've watched some of the games. And could catch the repetition of the Japan vs Mexico game. Japanese players are awesome!!! USA team has so much tradition in Women's WC but I think this time the Asian team is better.

in both the brazil and france games, the u.s. were outplayed for most of the games... but they were able to will themselves to win.
