Weird Ultraman Cartoons

Kanegon on a date at a bar with Baltan and Kemlar eating Spaghetting and a bunch of Ultramans talking about the girl he's on a date with... Woo also beats up Kanegon towards the end and is wearing a bowtie... Anyone with Japanese language skills want to fill me in on what this is?

Sorry, no idea what most of this stuff is about.
But, I agree with nefasth, it does lead you off on some tangents.

Much like when I watch the Japanese versions of Ultraman, I don't understand exactly what their saying, but I can usually follow along...

Just not sure on exact details...
