Through the KR forums, I paid $540.80 ($520 + 4%) to cravetoys69 for a KAWS Pinocchio on August 2. Today, August 10, I received a box of rocks. There was no return address on the box, but the tracking number (9506600009871220000010) matches the one he posted on Paypal. The name and email on his Paypal account is Noah Curtis, twiztidranger87@yahoo.com. I guess I'll do what I can to recover my money through Paypal, but I'm not sure there's anything that can be done. I don't know if this guy is on Skullbrain or not, but just keep an eye out.

Did you pay as "gift" and how long ago did you pay? I think paypal's thing is if it's been less then 45 days they'll work with you BUT I've been ripped off and it was LONGER then 45 days and after talking to them long enough they worked with me to get my cash back anyway when I was ripped off once.

Sorry to hear about this, just get your money back from paypal... If you feel so inclined to pay for the toys after/if he sends them then do it, don't take a chance that he's just playing you for time.

Edited to add: Can't KR block i.p. addresses as well as basic account names, I would assume anyone in control of a website could do that.
