 Pixies "Lost Cities" Tour
Has anyone else checked out any of these shows? They are coming to Louisville tomorrow night and I'm PUMPED! I've seen Frank Black and Kim Deal, but not the Pixies. They are playing the Palace Theater (one of the coolest venues in the US)!

Pixies shows are great. I saw one show back in the early 90s (with Pere Ubu as I recall) , and another in the 2000's when they started doing the reunion shows. It's a great nostalgia night, have fun!

^ now there's a gorgeous looking building
I guess they're still doing the whole Doolittle thing. I saw a couple nights of it in 2009 and it was decent. It's not like they phoned it in but every now and then Kim would make a sarcastic remark about how they were playing through the album all routine. The best part was definitely the encore because the set was actually unpredictable. Wish they'd tour one of the other albums some day, the others are just as good.
