I noticed I was getting errors when I tried to navigate // order using Google Chrome. The problems were gone when I switched back to Firefox though. What are you using?

I was using Safari.

Hmm..maybe i'll try using firefox tonight when I get home.
it's weird, I get through to the last order now screen, and the page after that is just an "Error" page. No explanation of why.

I would only expect and tolerate a pr0n joke from you andy!

I used to have trouble opening the payment link that was sent from Mandarake if I was using Safari and would need to go to Firefox. Recently though that seemed to work for me.

I had the same problem with final checkout a couple weeks ago. I just sent them an e-mail stating the item number I was interested in and they got back to me right away with an invoice and marked the item as sold on their site.

I emailed about a month ago about a skullman but they said sold out but it's still in the in-stock section. How often does stuff get updated?

It's usually hit or miss with items being in stock or not. I did an back an forth with a customer rep via email and he told me that certain branches rarely update their stock (or speak english). I forget which branch in particular (all the item codes usually start with lettering for which branch the item is actually at) is often out of stock. You can always use the email link to get in touch with them and just cut n paste the item numbers. They get back usually right away.

Post Re: Mandarake issues?
Just had to post a bit of a vent with Mandarake. I tried to place an online order yesterday for an Irisawa Marmit Matango, a figure I have been dying to track down for some time. Yesterday the Nakano Broadway store posted one online, and for 1500 Yen at that. Well, needless to say, happy doesn't really adequately describe what I was feeling. Then, of course, came the inevitable order confirmation saying that it was sold out. Highly dissapointing, yes, but with the showcase items that is always a risk. Someone could snag it in the store. BUT, today I see that while it is still marked "sold out" on the website, the listing now has it priced at 8000 Yen, no small difference to be sure. So I am wondering if they conveniently cancelled my order for the figure due to a pricing 'mistake', and if this has happened to anyone else. Even if it was just a simple error, I would have appreciated them contacting me, as I am sure I would have gone the extra. The hunt continues I guess...

Tavaro ... Why are you even on here?
Between ripping off board members, and inappropriate comments, I can't figure out why you post your bs here.

Saw the first reply at Ed and that seemed homophobic and nasty, don't even want to know what he said in the second. It takes some nerve to come back here after ripping off so many people Tardo...
