The blue is a build-up of the Atelier G-1 kit, painted by Shigeki Okuda himself.
No movable eyelids on him, unlike the Medicom version (with its slick little spine-lever in back to work the lids). He's basically a rubber suit over an articulated armature.

I'll have to post some pics with his rubber "mask" pulled off, at some point...he looks like something from a T9G nightmare, that way!

Post Re: My Garamon article is up...
Thanks, backtrack- that's cool to hear! :D

The article and the blog have been my main creative outlets for the past few months (well, the article longer than that- I worked on it, on and off, from September '06 to December of last year...tho I continued to futz with it long after I "finished" it), while I procrastinate on getting some other musical projects off the ground.

The blog has been really fun...when I started, I actually wasn't sure about how steadily I'd be able to post, or how long I'd be able to keep it up. However, between all the Gara-nonsense I've accumulated over the years, and many submissions/ideas that have rolled in, there's no end in sight, at the moment!
