I just thought this would be fun, what are some of your pet peeves? Here are some of mine:

1. When I go to the store and I get the shopping cart that has one bad wheel that goes: Click! Click! Click! Click!.....
2. When a lady wears a very low cut shirt that clearly exposes lots of cleavage, then during our whole conversation she holds one hand over her chest to block the view and cover the cleavage! Agh! So awkward and it's like, geez lady I wasn't even starring to begin with, don't flatter yourself! Why the hell did you even wear that kind of shirt then anyways?! (Sorry no offense to any female SBers.)
3. When the damn landscapers start blowing leaves right outside my window at 7AM.
4. ...And of course, getting scratches, nicks, and dings on my vinyl or other valuable prized possessions.

Man, I'm afraid to learn everyone's pet peaves as I'd likely end up hating them all.
Funny that women cover their cleavage at u though, I've never heard of that.
Has that happened on more than one occasssion? U gor some kinda wonky eye or sumik?

stupid assholes who leave their shopping cart in the middle of the parking lot, even though the cart return station is 10 feet away. man, fuck you guys.

Ok one I guess,

People who decide that the 'split off in two or more directions from a single line'
in a store concept doesn't sit well w them or they just think that they are geniuses
and the rest of us are dumb pricks that couldn't figure that out and yeah, they cut in
line. It happens so often, I gotta whole Larry David scenario played out in my head.
I've called a girl a cunt over that and the clerk had the best expression on her face.

We had it worse here. They'd wheel their groceries home 3-4 blocks away and leave it there. So, now you need to insert a dollar coin to unlatch the cart, and latch it back to get back your coin. Problem fixed.

Either your at a gas station or you think way to much about getting gas.

3. people who make "I'm not _____... BUT" statements.
4. waitstaff that provide excellent service only to take 20 minutes after you have finished eating to bring your check

Weak handshakes.

I agree on the hair in the tub and sinks freaking drives me insane..especially when i go to take a shower and the drain is clogged and then i fish out a freaking hair ball out of the drain...

nothing ruins a first impression like someone giving you a limp hand. it's just creepy.

Parents who take their young kids to a non-children's movie and let them run around through the whole film (and think they're cute)

I have a touch of OCD so my list would be what isn't a pet peeve.

My list changes weekly but currently:

1) People who say "You's"
2) Pretty much anyone who drives. Get off your fucking cell phone and learn to drive. Slow drivers. Don't lean to the left to turn right and vice versa. People that run red lights (huge problem in Buffalo-it's usually way past the 2 second rule)
3) Middle aged women who talk on their cell phone at the gym while exercising!! WTF? I'm right next to you and trying to concentrate, maybe if you used your mouth less and actually worked out you would weigh less? Novel idea?

My main pet peeve is people that go slow in the left lane. If I could, I would kill you. Shitty drivers in general tend to drive me nuts.

Work colleagues who continually sniff & cough very loudly for what seems like months but never take any medication.

People who yap loudly on their mobile phones in crowded public spaces and hold up the supermarket checkout queue
when they should hang up and pack their groceries and pay.

Men who think all other men should be into football (soccer) and continue to try to talk football with you even when you tell them you hate it.

Noisy neighbours from hell.

Yeah I would have to say most of my pet peeves revolve around people's driving habits....

I hate when you wait and wait for a car to pass when you are turning from a driveway/business, only to have them turn into the same driveway without signaling. Usually somebody blabbing on their phone. You coulda went 4 minutes ago but instead you waited for them...

People that blast out in front of you from a driveway, making you tap/slam the brakes when there are absolutely no cars behind you.

Red light runners- they made all lights red for 2 to 5 seconds after one turns red, people have learned that and speed through the intersection even longer after the light is red.

Tailgaters and general reckless operators who weave through traffic only to end up sitting at the same red light as you.

I better stop, starting to sound like a cranky old Grandma.

Loud chewers (and crumbs)
