^^ Love the Kong but those Shimada mini squeakers are really, really great . . . nice find :)

Here's some from the usual weekend boot-sales.
Design Clinic cold-cast resin skull. Usually retails at £60 . . . this one has a few little dings in the glossy coating but for £3 i'm not complaining!
You can barely see them anyway. This is my 2nd Design Clinic skull, and I'm once again impressed by the quality and weight.

Horror Eye-Ball. Whack-it against a hard surface and it internally flashes like mad.
50p.

Boot-sale vintage badges - 20p each.

Monster Munch was the favourite crisp of most kids growing up in the late 70's / 80's in the UK.
Along with Prawn Cocktail 'Skips', Scampi 'n' Lemon 'Nik Naks' and 'Space Raiders' . . . .

This must be from a Theme Park i would guess . . . . . i love this badge!

More great finds Moog. Monster munch, of course! and perfectly fitting you found it with that excellent 'monster' badge from the haunted house.

So I have no idea, are those resin skulls full size? Not something that I would necessarily see in my collection, but at 3£ I would not have been able to say no either. What a lovely purple it is; makes me want to buy it for that alone.

Obligatory share:

which leads to,

^^ I cant play the first vid in the UK apparently . . . that happens a lot on the 'tube.

Yeah, they are full size and heavy. I have one silver one covered in Celtic designs and two Design Clinic ones,
a Brass coated one and now the Purple resin.

The purple resin is the coolest :)

*Edit*

I found some info about the 'I'm a Monster' badge above. Its from a Lyon's Maid 'Haunted House' lolly promotion back in 1973.
Pretty cool set of pins . . .

^^ Yeah, the blasters are a lot of fun and quite inexpensive. I wish i started collecting them a long time ago.
Penny Racers were banned in my school when i was a kid. They were so popular it got out of control . . .
i also remember a local newsagent banned young kids from their shop because too many were being stolen

It was quite a craze!

Here's two Fisher Price Adventure People from the 70's / 80's. These were up there with my favourite toys growing-up.
My brothers and i had a load of 'em.

£1 each. Boot-sale.

Basically R2 with arms. Playmobil robot from 1980. Very good condition.
20p Charity shop find.

Hey, I completely loved the entire adventure people line too! I had a bunch of them and accessories. The best part of that series was that, because of their scale, everything from the FP line - which was incredibly rugged and durable (they sure don't build 'em like that anymore) - doubled up for all my other toy play with the action figures of the 70s and 80s: Star Wars, GI Joe, A-Team, Battlestar, etc., it ALL WORKED! :D And boy did I play the hell out of those toys. Bathtubs, sandboxes, camping adventures, sky launches *literally, they went everywhere and kept on going. And I am pretty sure I had most of mine second hand already. And the next generation could still inherit these. Fisher Price sure knew what they were doing.

^^ Yeah, that is a good point - i'm sure the compatible scale helped with sales . . . . and they were extremely durable like you say.
Very well made and the vehicles were tough as hell, too.

I received this space-shuttle as my main Crimbo present when i was a kid and it was one of the best presents i ever had.
The sound-effect buttons and flashing light were very modern and futuristic back then!

My brothers and i had a lot more of the space-stuff than the regular sets. It was all-good, though!

This little Gojira was 20p at a boot-sale. He had a pointy nub on his base which i assume slotted into something.
I sliced it off so he can stand up properly. No makers marks. Anyone recognise this one?

55mm high.

Just chiming in to say - thanks for sharing the FP space scans and your story, that makes these toys so much better in my mind to hear all of our personal connections, and two, that I really dig that mini Goji too.

I would have though that he could have been from some sort of playset, licensed or unlicensed, that popped up in the late 90s around the time of the horrendous US version, as toy companies attempted to cash in on a new wave of Godzilla popularity. He kinda has that style, scrunched down but not SD. But his size seems like he would be a bit large for one of the usual micro sets. I love him though, from the second side view you can really see a very strong homage to the Popy KZ Goji - the pose of the hands, the sloping back, the slight twist of the tail - it is all there. A slight torquing of the mouth and he could be a brother, rather than just a cousin. :P
