Post Can anyone with experience with Celga help me out?
So I signed up for celga years ago, but I've never used it because I always felt it was a slippery slope for me... that being said I just happen to be checking out yja and I saw something I've been after for a bit now. I signed into celga, and I was reading up on how to bid, when they said I need a bid deposit to speed the process up.... but they are unclear on how/where/to whom to place a bid deposit.

So how does a user place a bid deposit? The auction ends in less then a day, so I'd like to get it in ASAP. Can anyone explain it to me? I tried calling their helpline and I got their voicemail.

thanks!

Phil

When you add the item they'll direct you to pay for 50 percent of your bid through PayPal. You'll get the link to do this after you submit yourbid.

Yep. Celga is pretty quick with their response time once you put the request in. Just stay on top of your email and let them know it is urgent in the notes within your request.

Ive got one more question: the auction ended about two hours ago, i have no idea if i won or not because i cant view the ended auction. How does celga inform you if you won? How soon will this happen? Since its the weekend, will i have to wait until monday to know?

When you submit your bid. Celga keeps a link in your bids section just click it.
If you bookmarked the auction or saved a link yja stay visible for a while after ending. See if the winning bidder is Celga.

I signed up too Phil, but havent made the jump yet. Let me know how it all rolls out when they tack on fees and how much you get drained for.

Anyone with a Celga Gold account wanna help me with a YJA auction? There's something I'm eyeing that's (currently) inexpensive. I figure I could PayPal you the maximum I'm willing to spend, and if it doesn't work out you could just refund me?
Only looking to work with "old-timers".
Thanks in advance!

Yep, same here. I get every email except the automated ones like invoices, etc.
