Turns out a ten-breasted flying whale monster was created to commemorate the 100th birthday of Canberra! It's been touring around Australia and has arrived in Brisbane for 3 days.. Unfortunately I won't get a chance to see it in person due to work commitments. Pretty cool that something like this was approved and funded by the Australian government.. must have been a good/convincing (or confusing) artist statement.. Take a look for yourself
