Just had a listen.

I was expecting some boring pop-punk or something with the use of "band" + a Simpsons reference.

Was surprised to hear some damn cool chill hip hop and great rapping seep out of my speakers!

All a one man thing? Or MC + live band? OR something else?

Yeah it's really on some 90's Hip Hop Vibe, but myself, another Emcee, and a guitarist is the set up, so it is band-like.

I really dug all the tracks i heard! Well cept for the 'Sex/Rhymes...' one which was a bit too comedy/happy for me.

I'm a middle class white kid from the suburbs (of Australia/ConvictTown), so my love for hip hop (and well punk) was pre-ordained.

I mean with Jay Z performing at art galleries, and Limp Bizkit signed to 'Cash Money', hip hop/rap is the whitest music around at the moment!

Follow up question: what music are inner city black people actually listening to these days? Anyone?
