Thanks for posting, that was interesting.
I've seen old Combex molds up on the bay occasionally. They always go for quite a lot.
The last one was for this Jayne Mansfield hot water bottle from the 50's.
Apparently a whole bunch of molds went up before i started collecting Combex
and they went for a lot. No idea who's buying them . . . . seems a bit specialised
if you dont intend on using them.
Maybe some people collect molds of toys, rather than the toys themselves . . . .
or maybe they have all the toys so they've started on the molds!
