 Ipod Help.
Hey all... for some reason all 6,000 songs on my Ipod have been erased for no apparent reason. Most of the music that was on our Ipod, is not on any ocmputer in our home anymore.
Does anybody know of a quick way to recover these files?
It says that I have no songs, but that 1/2 the space on my Ipod is being used.
Any help is appreciated.
I need to get this taken care of quickly, as my girl and I are going leaving for a month long road trip, and dont want to be without music.

I wish it was that easy.
That recovery software, along with many other ipod based recovery, doesn't support MAC. Thanks anyways though.
I think I got it all worked out now.
A fucking itunes update somehow turned all 6,000 mp3's into hidden files on the ipod. So I downloaded this program called Show & Hide 1.0, and it made all the files visible again. Now I have to add all that music back to itunes, restore my ipod to default, then put all the music back on the ipod. I want to kill myself right now. Fuck itunes!!!!

LMAO.
actually thats backwards my friend. You are out enough, and you are completely normal. If you know of 6,000 songs youy probably spend a little less time "going out" then most..... it's quite impressive if not scary...
I have 3,000 songs in mine, and for the life of my i cant think of anything else I could possibly put on it! aside from the entire discography of The International RAdio Archive comittee, or sound effects

I miss the hayday of downloading songs from Napster... you could find virtually any song as well as a live version, an acoustic version, etc.
