 Mickey Runaway Brain!! I know there was talk about these here before. I think these are smaller than the originals, but still killer for around $50.

The little color one came out before the big Kozik figure. The little monotone one is pretty new. Yeah, it's an awesome figure...better than the Kozik one in my opinion, although Kozik's design is pretty cool as well (except for the mouth...IIRC, it's purple).

I've wanted one of these for about two years. I'm picking one up as soon as I see a decent-priced one to hit ebay without huge shipping fees.
