 NIN Releases "The Slip" as Free Download NIN releases new, free record today for download: http://www.NIN.comTrent Reznor to Fans: "Thank you for your continued and loyal support over the years. This one's on me." As of 12:01 a.m. PST May 5, Nine Inch Nails' brand new full length album The Slip is available as free download at NIN.com. Unlike NIN's recently released Ghosts I-IV, there are NO paid options available for The Slip, nor are there any retail partners. At present, The Slip is available exclusively as a free download at NIN.com. These guys are so good to their fans. The fact that Trent has released several of the original Pro Tools (as well as Garageband) files for remixing/editing/etc. is awesome.

Re: NIN Releases "The Slip" as Free Download Thanks for the heads-up liquid. Got the Apple Lossless version and thoroughly enjoyed listening to it yesterday. Although I was never a true fan I've always respected Trent and saw a great live show by the band once. Good moody album, great sounds.

Re: NIN Releases "The Slip" as Free Download This was a good one, definitly see why he gave it away for free as it was more demo-ish, I'd feel kinda bumed if I spent money on this one. It was good, almost reminded me of ghost but with vocals and a single or two thrown in for good measure. I liked it. But then I like most of his stuff.
