Heisei tanuki gassen, the one about the tanuki, is the one I feel I watch the most lately. I love the part where the all look like hokusai prints. I've never seen howls moving castle..

That's cute. I think Castle in the Sky is my all time fav. But it's hard to pick. I got this killer import box set of all of his bigger movies up until Howls.

totoro is my personal favorite (not the newly released dubbed version though...eck)

but i have to agree with jackie that howl's moving castle is a very close second.

i want to check out the studio ghibli museum when i get to japan :)

I like the museum a lot. It has a nice old fashioned feel too it, so there arent a whole lot of flashy things to see like Disneyland or something, but its a nice wooden building with ghibli themed stained glass and some neat exhibits. The coolest thing for me was seeing all the original animation cells and storyboards, and the kids seemed to love the giant catbus.
