i was in osaka for a day...i forgot where everything was but its great for vintage clothes...thats all i can rememeber:( i hear there are a lot of sick record stores up there too?!

most of the great record shops are in the electronics district (just south of the central/canal area)...

also a lot of toy shops in the electronics district (astrozombies,,,one of the mandarakes,,etc etc...)

somegood record shops & clothes shops (i am guessing,,,i only shop for toys & records ) in the america-kura district (more central-west,,,just north of the canal)...

there is also the better mandarake in the northern part of the city by the Hep5 centre...a bit hard to find but generally worth the trip...

Was there over 12 years ago but TIME BOMB was an amazing record shop if you're into rare punk and such...

thanks for the tips everyone, im actually at an internet cafe next door to one of the mandarakes right now. lots of hot shit here in osaka, but can i just say that the bars here make the weakest drinks--unless you go to murphys irish pub--they take care of business.
