 Bloody Hell
Anyone seen the new Oz tourism advertising about the globe? Seems we Oz kids are causing a rucous about with the headline "Where the bloody hell are you?". The English have canned it because they don't like 'bloody' and now those wacky Canadians have raised concerns on the 'hell' part of it (they are ok with bloody and the Brits are ok with Hell!!).

I haven't seen the ad campaign, but I'd definitely go again. Australia was the first country I ever visited, five years ago. One thing that bums me out, though, is how Australia is now part of the post-9/11 world, with terror alerts, etc. The thing I loved about the culture was how laid back it was.
I'm sure it's not all that different, though. I'll be back there eventually, once I get over my preoccupation with Japan.

Heh heh, as we like to say around here "No wuckin forries".
We still be laid back Roger. No worries about that.
Muton - that was one of the reports I read in the paper - the Aussie guys were saying the Brits started the bloody hell thing.
