I like the look of this toy but it is very cheaply made. I think it is a big step down from the tigerbaby purely based on vinyl quality. Fatima feels like a toilet plunger.

I still want them all but I am disappointed. I hope all of Ning’s toys are not made this cheaply.

hmmm VERY sad to hear that!!!!
not sure what else to say :(

still a beautiful design, imo

am i totally nuts or was shoddy toy quality not such a huge concern a year or so ago?

you are right. I didn't know any better until very recently. Now I bugs me. If you are going to charge $100 for a toy why not charge $105 and make it out of the best materials? I guess most people stil don't care, I am the only one that has said anything (and I won't say it anywhere but on SkullBrain).

The Fatimas are great as long as you don't have to touch them and don't look at the base...yikes!

LOL... I always thought that the Tigerbabies and the Fatimas looked like they were made of plaster.

I agree that the that the quality could be better... I really wish the hair piece was not joined together in the center.
