Any idea how much this baby is going to be?
Also, someone tell me how to get some friendly service in there - its like 5 minutes form my house, but oh-so Melrose chilly in there.

I saw two or three of these at SDCC and they were all broken. Forget the "gucci version" paint scheme, are they addressing any of the construction issues?

Where were they Rodger? Sensory overload at SDCC, remember S7, nerdquake and Pushead, everything else was a blur.

I don't remember exactly where I saw them, but I seem to remember none of them could stand up - some problem with the hips.
Maybe it's not a design flaw and they were just that way from being accidentally kicked, who knows.

I think the best Tetsujin 28 toy that's been done so far is the Bandai Soul of Chogokin. Heavy as hell and it has some neat light-up features. The Black Ox is just as good.

Diamond offered them awhile back - that's why they are in all the Comic shops.

I hope they worked on the construction, the figure the store got looks great, but fell right apart after moving it twice.

those are definitely the kaching ones at SDCC. and the barracuda ones are just painted black.
i examined the blue ones cause i was thinking about buyin one. the feet were constructed very poorly and it could barely stand, not worth 300+ pricetag.
the human size tesujin on the otherhand is super nice and made of metal. i was curious about the price, but one of the pretty girls said it wasnt for sale.
i think that's baseman under gigantor's armpit.

Here you go, looks like I was off on the price by about 100,000 yen. What a bargain!

I've heard that he will, but I can imagine that shipping will cost you almost as much as the statue itself. Shoot him an email and see if he has someone who handles English inquiries.
