This is my first and probably only Ika Gila. I like it but I'm really looking forward to Frank's next Kaiju.

Errr...unfortunately I am not too into this one.
I don't get the Mao Mickey. There are busts like this all over China. Maybe it's just my point of view since I am Chinese. It looks like some tourist toy you get when you visit Hong Kong or China... or an upmarket vase in a Shanghai Tang... Maybe in the west, people think it's cool but as Chinese would say these are for "gwei lo" only.
I remember a really clever sculpture I saw in Sydney. Still remember it. It was supposed to be 3 busts on a pedestal of about 2-3 feet high. One was Mozart, one was Bach and the third one had fallen over on the ground and busted in a hundred different pieces. Both the bust of Mozart and Bach look down on it. Very cool.
