It was nearly impossible to pick which sludgies to grab. Rich really went all out on them. Plus, you can't go wrong when beards are involved. Ollie is amazing in person, pics don't do him justice at all. I'm so glad to have gotten one. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

 Re: NYCC
Back from my first big con and I had a good time despite the crowds (I dunno how you west coasters manage sdcc). I Finally got to meet some fellow skullbrainers after all this time. Kirk, lash, Chad, kichigai, Paul kaiju, Matt from onell, Jesse from callgrim, Ben, the god beast, dead prez... Everybody was so cool. Paul is a nut! Lots of good conversations and awesome toys!! I picked up several glyos figs from onell, a one off Boss Carrion from Paul, kusogon from kichigai, a custom pumkin brain from Ben, and I got an Ollie and sludge demon from Lash. I missed lamour supreme though, I wasn't interested in the nag, but wouldn't liked to meet him. As for the toys ill get pics up tomorrow- all in all it was a blast! Hopefully next year the vinyl toy presence will be even bigger!

 Re: NYCC
Once in line pictures were tough to get because the convention floor was packed. Dropping your spot would have been a huge hassle for everyone trying to organize the event and the case was wrapped in black cloth then unveiled. Had to leave the center quickly after seeing Pus. Took what turned out to be a one-way emergency exit and ended up locked into a very tightly fenced in area outside the convention hall. Getting out of that yard once locked into it absolutely sucked since climbing the fence looked like hell (the fence was topped off very sharp). They should warn you that if you take those doors you're not getting back into the hall or out of the area without scheming or getting cut up. Got to meet some cool people in person though. Pus was great as usual.

 Re: NYCC
While we were waiting in line yesterday, a few of us were talking about how last year, the NYCC Skull Pirate ended up on ebay WHILE the Pushead signing was still going on. I decided to poke around today- there's already a Siamese Skull Captain on the 'bay.... for $250/starting. At least they waited for the day AFTER the signing to flip it. I guess that shouldn't surprise me.
At least it wasn't from the huge guy that kept yelling at us for accidentally bumping into him. That guy had the voodoo eyes.
