Re: MISHKA So I copped this bootleg a while back and the day he came I rotated the arms and this happened. Been like this since April and I just can't pop the arm back on. Has anyone encountered this problem before and know of a solution?  IMG_0833 by ullar77, on Flickr

Pop out the piece that is in the figure. Then you can work with it. You can use Q bond with there plastic filler compound and it will bond stronger than the og vinyl. It is like a liquid plastic/vinyl weld.
I found it long ago to repair vinyl dash boards and door trims.
Hope that helps a little.
