My favorite toy of all time, but not the same thing. This piece of art is a cyborg with a skull for a head and a fricken lazer beam blaster!
Check out the booty!

Thanks for all the feedback!
I molded Super Sculpey, baked it, then carved it.
I have some basic paint ideas kicking around in my head, but nothing solid. Any suggestions appreciated!
I will release them at the New York City Comic Convention on April 18, 2008.
The factory is making the domes right now. When they send me a picture I will post it.
I'll just have to assume that "skcus" is Brooknamese for "Rocks like Dio!"

i say one color way should look like flesh gone bad, maybe some red drip, i like the idea of hime being a zombie who happens to look like a robot...
...sorta a bridge between man and machine a meat-robo

DIO RULES!!
Like the bot. You should try sculpting in wax. You get a way better finish and control over texture. If you like sculpy you can make a transition with Castelene wax. You can get all your sculpting stuff here.. http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/Wax/Castilene.htm

Thanks for the tip Robert DeCastro! I'm going to try that.
Dio is from my home town.
His cousin can't say the word sausage. He says "snausnage"

I didn't need to see the pic you posted of the Tomy windup...I recognized it immediately in your design. Make this sucka glow good, and you'll have one happy Sanjeev...
