And I like that this is just a dumping ground of non-Japanese SDCC stuff. It's great fun to laugh at the crap, but there are always a few things that I like...wonder what the Futurama stuff will be this year.

The Galactus is 19″ high and won’t come with a Silver Surfer figure. Its not bad but nothing will top the Toybiz build-a-figure Galactus. He was dreamy. Amen! The Toybiz build-a-Galactus was awesome. This new one seems aiight...but I'm not sure I like the modern head sculpt. All the extra detail is annoying. He looks like he's from Ultimate Alliance:  The one thing I *do* like about the new Hasbro fig is that they got his build right. The Toybiz is just way too skinny.

Given the DC licensing I'm assuming that's what it is, even if it's going to debut at SDCC. I don't care if the movie was cool, these are just hideous. It's beyond tiresome that so many "toys" ape that post-Kubrick/Bearbrick sort of hand. Why not? If KR could make a bundle by ripping it off for their platforms, why not everyone else, right? Meh and bleh. Keep the atrocities comin'!

That Dexter with child bobble is god-awful.

In fact Hasbro taking over teh Marvel license was a godsend in one way - stopped me ever buying them again. The Heroin addict White Queen was the final straw. Toybiz really rocked those Marvel Universe figures and Hasbro killed em.
