So I don't know if this is the right place to put this since it could be here in American Idols (because of Amanda and Switcheroo) or in Japan Toys (because of Itokin Park) or in Resonator Room (because it involves resin) or Whatever (because it is seriously about all kinds of good stuff).

Anyway, I know there are many Itokin Park fans here so maybe this will interest some of you. I think there might even be a few Amanda Visell fans. Even if you don't collect Kazu's work, I'm sure almost all of us can appreciate his mastery of making and painting resin sculptures. This is a very rare opportunity to watch and learn from the master.

-watch and learn how to make a silicone mold. Bring something to make a mold of, or mold something we got here. *Because of time this is gonna be a 1 part mold.
wed. sept 8th 6:30pm-9:30pm
-watch more magic, demold your thingy, cast it in resin. Feel like a god!

Cool. IP (I'm not really familiar with Amandas resin work) makes some beautiful castings. I'd definitely like to see his technique first hand.

It was a fun time. I'll take pics tonight when people start making the resin pieces.

Wish I could have gone but my boss wouldnt let me leave early for this once in a lifetime opportunity. Her boss will recieve a letter in regards to this issue, plus others. Going to drop in saturday night to say hi though I can not and dont think I ever would drop $450 on a toy, even though the painted version looks great.

Glad someone went. Congrats. Cant wait to see what you made.

Sounds like a cool class that covered a lot in 2 days. Really like the shot of the production paint line.
